Return Policy

We want you to love your Mello board as much as we loved making it. In the unlikely event that something isn’t perfect or arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours.

To ensure your refund is processed smoothly, please email us before sending your board back. This helps us track your return and ensures you are protected if the package goes missing.

  • Returns

    You may return your item within 14 days (bundles can only be returned as a bundle) of receiving your order, provided that:
    • You contacted us first
    • The product is unused
    • The product is undamaged
    • And in it's original packaging
    Used products are not allowed to be returned!
    Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you clear instructions on how to return the item safely.

  • Return Shipping Costs

    Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

    Please ensure your item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
    We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

  • Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Inspection can take up to 10 working days.

    Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
