To be eligible, your MELLO must be completely unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Bought a bundle or received free shipping on orders over €99? In the event of a partial return where the total value of the retained items drops below €99, the free shipping threshold no longer applies. In this case, our standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Do not ship anything back without checking in with us first and save your track and trace. Returning your MELLO is on your own responsibility.

Yes, please! Since return shipping is your responsibility, keeping your tracking number safe is key. Once you’ve shipped the package, drop us a quick reply to your approval email with the tracking link. That way, we can both keep an eye on its journey back to our warehouse.

Inspect your board as soon as it drops. If the surface is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and fix it—no excuses.

Short answer: No. To be eligible for a refund, your MELLO board must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. We need to be able to give your board a new home, so please unbox with care!

The fastest way to swap colors or sizes is to follow the standard return process for your current board. Once that's approved, simply place a new order on our website for the one you actually want. Easy does it.

No, all purchases made through our retail partners or stockists must be returned directly to the store where you bought it, following their specific return policy. We can only process returns for orders placed directly on melloamsterdam.com.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, the money will automatically slide back onto your original payment method within 5 business days.
